The CCSSO sponsored Implementing the Common Core State Standards (ICCS) webinar on July 10, 2012 focused on the two alternate assessment consortia funded through the General Supervision Enhancement Grants. NCSC Project Director Rachel Quenemoen was asked to provide a brief overview of how the GSEG funded projects fit in the larger implementation of CCSS and assessment consortia and an overview of the NCSC project, focusing on the model of student learning that guides our curriculum, instruction, and assessment design.
