State and project leaders working with Measured Progress have produced the technical requirements for the proposed NCSC assessment platform.  This document represents many months of planning and decision making to identify the specifications for the technology platform that will support key project goals.  The document addresses system components, interoperability, transport, security, and the data and technical architecture.
