Working with advisors from NCSC states and parent representatives, we have developed a series of briefs about the NCSC system of curriculum, instruction, and assessment to augment our project resources. We encourage parents to make use of the full set of resources we have to offer as well, but the parent briefs are meant to provide basic information for busy parents! State partners will tailor these for use with specific state contact information, so slight variations may occur from state to state. We will also update some of the resources from time to time, so check back often. We are finding that these resources are also helpful to educators and the public so we encourage their use for any audiences.
